Full-Time Skilled Production Potters needed. Seeking potters to join manufacturing team in Neenah, WI. Company combines old world technologies with modern innovations to create functional stoneware for customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to national parks, museums, gift shops and resorts.
Responsibilities include (1) throw and hand build wet clay on a pottery wheel and shape into assigned products, such as mugs, steins, bowls, etc.; (2) accurately build each unit to specifications. Verify size and form, using calipers and templates and meet product specs within tolerance; (3) pull wire between base of article and wheel to separate finished piece; (4) move piece from wheel to drying board; (5) consistently meet required production quantities; (5) ability to sit at a pottery wheel for 8 hours
